The Mountainchef unplugged

06.07.2025 - The Mountainchef Unplugged

Five young chefs, five wooden stoves and five bags full of South Tyrolean products: these are the ingredients for the unusual cooking challenge without electricity - unplugged, that is. The young chefs prepare delicious dishes without modern technical aids, in the open air. A jury will select the winner and, of course, there will be tasting.

In addition, there will be wines from the Meran-Burggräfler winery and beers from the Forst special brewery, distillates from the Reichenegger distillery and products from Ultner producers.

The event starts at 10 a.m. at the Schwemmalm Pond.
